On Oct. 6, we wrote a letter to the Tribune expressing concern about statements made by Cal Poly's Lawyer, Dawn Theodora, in a September 24 Article in the Tribune about Dr. Roslyn Caldwell. The letter was published October 11. However, all the signers of the letter received a legal hold notice marked “CONFIDENTIAL DO NOT FORWARD” from Dawn Theodora on October 10, before the letter was published in the Tribune. Signers of the letter were concerned about the legal hold notice.
